1 Select the appropriate search method (by title, author, publisher, or collection).
2 Enter your search content. A list of titles/names will appear as suggestions based on your input.
3 Confirm your search by clicking on "Search".
• A title search will display the resulting documents on a new page.
• A search by author, publisher, or collection will display, on a new page, the information and documents associated with the author, publisher, or collection.
The search results pages display a list of documents in a table format along with several sorting options.
1 You can limit the results to a range between two years.
2 You can select the languages of the documents to display.
3 You can select the types of documents to display.
4 You can select the publishers of the documents to display.
5 You can select the collections of the documents to display.
• It is possible to check multiple options within the same category simultaneously. In this case, the displayed documents will match at least one of the checked options.
• It is also possible to filter the results with more than one category at the same time. In this case, the displayed documents will match all selected categories.
• It is recommended to apply the filters from top to bottom as the categories depend on the ones above them.
From the Home page and the Keyword sphere page, it is possible to search for documents by keywords.
• You can rotate it in all directions by holding down the left mouse button.
• You can zoom in or out on the sphere using your mouse wheel.
• The alphabet bar allows you to display all the words associated with a letter.
• You can click on the keywords it presents to display the documents associated with the chosen term.
• Once a word is chosen, you can scroll through the list of bibliographic references.
• You can access filters for the documents using the button
• In the list of results, click on a bibliographic reference to display its record.
• Your query is guided by the suggestion of keywords already recorded in the database (auto-completion).
• To combine keywords in a query, several options are available:
- AND operator: it must be entered with the symbol "&": Biology&Taxonomy
- OR operator: it must be entered with the symbol "+": Biology+Taxonomy
- NOT operator: it must be entered with the symbol "-": Biology-Taxonomy

• If tabs "Paratext authors" and "Paratext elements" do not appear, no information has been entered for this record.
• A document may have several abstracts in different languages.
• To change the language of an abstract, simply click on the language (circled in purple) next to the word "Abstract".
• Clicking on a keyword will take you to the list of documents associated with that keyword.
• The search bar allows you to search for documents or keywords to display them in the graph.
• You can select the type of entity you want to search for (document or keyword) and enter the search term.
• The graph displays entities (documents and keywords) and their relationships.
• This graph is interactive.
• You can navigate the graph by clicking and dragging, or by using the keyboard arrows, or with the buttons displayed at the bottom right.
• You can zoom in and out using the mouse wheel, the zoom buttons at the bottom right, or the + and - keys on the keyboard.
• You can reset the graph view by double-clicking on the graph background.
• The orange node represents a document. You can click on it to display the keywords associated with this document. With a right-click, you can access the document's record.
• The blue node represents a keyword. You can click on it to display the documents associated with this keyword. With a right-click, you can access the keyword's page.
• The green node is displayed if there are too many documents associated with a keyword. You can click on it to go to the keyword's page where you can see the list of associated documents.
